Lifetime Limited Transferable Warranty
When you invest in impact windows and doors through All Phase Window & Door, you're backed by one of the strongest warranties in the industry. Here's exactly what's covered — in plain language.
What's Covered
Your windows and doors are guaranteed for as long as you own your home, plus one year of transferable coverage to the next owner. This warranty covers any manufacturing or installation defect with no charge for:
- Repair, parts, labor, and materials for any manufacturing or installation defect
- Broken glass replacement
- Glass seal failure
- Two full years of free in-home service calls
- No labor service charge
- Bronze and black finishes warranted for 10 years against cracking, peeling, chalking, delaminating, blistering, flaking, and significant UV discoloration
After Year Two
After the first two years, a nominal $150 trip charge applies for in-home service calls. There is never a labor service charge.
Transferable to the Next Owner
This warranty can be transferred one time to a subsequent owner. The transfer period is one year from the date of property sale. To transfer, the original purchaser must notify us of the sale date and the new homeowner's name within 30 days of closing.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Ordinary maintenance such as cleaning and caulking
- Damage caused by Acts of God, fire, civil disorders, or war
- Unreasonable use, abuse, or misuse
- Condensation, which is a natural result of excessive moisture in the home and does not indicate a defective product or faulty installation
